Final release of Bill.eGoat prototype.

1. Please use bills in Bill samples (jpg) to test on live site at www.billegoat.gq.
2. Login to 2 different test accounts for testing:

Recommended for testing UI/graphs:
SQL data generator (massive number of bills with no images) and some accurate bills
user: test@test.com
pass: test

Recommended for testing OpenCV logo matching.
All real, accurate bill image data
user: demo@demo.com
pass: demo

3. Do not create too many new templates, server hangs if it has to iterate through too many templates.
