This removes the partial docker plugin. It's unfortunate, as we'd really like to have a docker command. The bright side is that there may be a way to lightly wrap the existing docker binary as we improve support in the parser.
This PR also moved
embedfrom a plugin, to a core command, renaming itwrap.
