    This commit provides the initial implementation of text document
synchronization of the language server protocol: textDocument/didOpen,
textDocument/didChange and textDocument/didClose

  2. Implement textDocument/publishDiagnostics 

    This commit provides the initial implementation of the text document
diagnostics. Basically, the LSP runs the parse function after every
textDocument/didOpen and textDocument/didChange notification and checks
if the resulting document contains any syntax errors.
