The workflow for leaving feedback to teams / advisor is rather unnatural:

First, it seems that the student will have to click the "submit feedback" button for the appropriate team / advisor at the follow page.

But then, it seems that they will need to select the team / advisor again in the drop-down list on the next page.

In addition, the student will need to uncheck "feedback to peer teams" so that the name of the advisor would show up in the drop-down list.
