Would it be possible for the pagination limit to simply be omitted instead of being set to MAX_INT if one is not specified?

Hi, sorry for the time without reply.

We don't think there is a need for a limit greater than MAX_INT (9007199254740991), could you give an example scenario?

For the queries I would like the limit to just not be specified.
