By adding back the DOCKER_REGISTRY Jenkins server global env var. It was removed from the env values by NXBT-3426, to use CasC instead. Yet, the Jenkins Platform Helm chart explicitly relies on it to populate the jenkins-x-docker-registry ConfigMap, then used by the pod templates ConfigMaps.
