Storybook complaining scss variable doesn't exists. I'm wondering how I can use this plugin with Storybook. Can I configure webpack.config.js of Storybook to inject style in each components?

Yes, you can do that. But there is also a way to export the webpack config from Nuxt now (see nuxt/nuxt#7029).
