sorry for delay on this. i am thinking to reduce some of the current exports as we might not support them in the future and it would be a breaking change to do. |

This PR exports internal utils, using mkdist, to allow creating custom CLI commands.
I also updated the
checkEnginesarguments to make it more reusable.
