Describe the bug

Click on the alert info box where it says:

Every configuration option is described in the **Configuration Reference**

You'll see it pointing to https://v3.nuxtjs.org/api/configuration/nuxt.config, which doesn't work.

Additional context

I believe the link should point to https://v3.nuxtjs.org/api/configuration/nuxt-config/
