The instruction for ResNet-50 MXNet is only for different GPUs within one DGX-1. How to run the model across multiple DGX-1? Thanks.

* Fixed a seed value to reduce randomness

* Added CuDNN deterministic flag for PyTorch

* Revert TF seed changes

* Revert spacing

* Disable cudnn flag since it might increase a training time
