Update install instructions to always point to latest version. #547

Any reason not to use master branch URLs in the install instructions? GitHub redirects these raw URLs to the version specific source file, but wget has no problem handling this redirection and neither does curl if used with the -L option.

This is something I've used in my own scripts (on OSX and Ubuntu) to make scripts more portable.

Yes, nobody should ever use master to install from - master is unstable and not suitable for common usage. The version numbers are intentional, explicit, and staying.

I see. In that case, it would be great if there was a fixed URL to install from as with a number of projects such as Meteor or Brew.

Neither of those are something I'd want to emulate.

However, feel free to chime in on #400, #469, and #522, all of which are relevant.
