S26 is a compound vocabulary made of the combination of terms from 4 vocabularies: S21 ("sphere" or "domain" name), S22 (sphere sub-grouping), S23 (phase) and S24 (phase sub-group)

New terms can be submitted using the Vocab Builder tool https://www.bodc.ac.uk/resources/vocabularies/vocabulary_builder/matrix/ (will need user registration) or by raising an issue ticket in this S26 repo.
