We cannot do printk() from tk_debug_account_sleep_time(), because tk_debug_account_sleep_time() is called under tk_core seq lock. The reason why printk() is unsafe there is that console_sem may invoke scheduler (up()->wake_up_process()->activate_task()), which, in turn, can return back to timekeeping code, for instance, via get_time()->ktime_get(), deadlocking the system on tk_core seq lock. As a result, when a later user closed the device file before writing a valid set of descriptors, dev_release() thought the gadget had been registered and tried to unregister it, even though it had not been. This led to the NULL pointer dereference. The fix is simple: turn off the flag when the gadget is unregistered. After finished I2C block read/write, when unmap the data buffer, a wrong device address was pass to dma_unmap_single(). With a misbehaving controller it's possible we'll never enter the live state and create an admin queue. When we fail out of reset work it's possible we failed out early enough without setting up the admin queue. We tear down queues after a failed reset, but needed to do some more sanitization. By calling maps__insert() we assume to get 2 references on the map, which we relese within maps__remove call.
