Version 2.3 2020 Viability Report

Data from the 2020 Viability report with data corrections from the addendum. Data corrections in the addendum to the published Viability Report involve

• Elwha fracwild updated. Was incorrectly listed as 1.0 (all natural)
• Carbon River fracwild updated from NA (no data) to 1 (all natural)
• East Hood and Skokomish fracwild for 2019 updated from NA (no data) to 1 (all natural)
• Lower Columbia chinook data for Sandy River after 2008 was mislabelled to another population. Fixed and Sandy River data now goes to 2019.

Variety of clean-up in order to pass R CMD check

• Standardize file names
• Fix declaring of global objects in the dplyr calls
• Do not install inst/extdata (misc info and raw SPS files)

Version 2.2

• Data updated to the the SPS upload file for the 2020 Viability Report. This includes the data corrections from the addendum to the Viability Report.
• Added raw data downloading and viewing.
• Misc clean-up: added citation for Viability Report 2022, changed logo to hex, change installation to release instead of main branch, added more info to DESCRIPTION
