all menus stopped working in 0.23.0 #5953

On Windows 10, 64-bit, all menus in my app stopped working under the latest NW.js version, 0.23.0. This includes both the menubar and the context menu. I tried the sample apps in nw-sample-apps-master, and menu functions no longer work in those either.

There is a very brief flicker when a menu item under the menubar is selected, but nothing happens. The context menu does not appear at all.

This is fixed in git and will be available in the next nightly build.
