configuration/.settings/org.eclipse.ui.ide.prefs contains settings for the workspace.
I would like to able to overwrite those settings, but currently only the defaults from vars/main.yml are written. The workspace chooser dialog is disable, but the default workspace will be used.

added a eclipse_ui_id_prefs_settings dict #7
adf45f6 
-the org.eclipse.ui.ide.prefs file is now manipulated using the new dictionary
-the defaults moved from vars to defaults
-added documentation to the README and modified the dict for the eclipse-oxygen-java
