Location or Position verification dialogue box (accept or deny) is not automatically removed when timer expires

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Location notification or verification test case 
2. NI Verification dialogue box popped. 
3. Not supposed to respond to the dialogue box 
4. Never responded 
5. But the dialogue never went away or expired and the screen shot of the 
dialogue is attached as NI_verification_dialogue_box.png


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Location or Position verification dialogue box (accept or deny) is expected to 
automatically removed when timer expires



What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  Android 3.2
