Add a home page for orders

As a Retailer
I need a home page to display all the orders that were placed
So that we can view or edit the orders

Assumptions:

• The home page will be called 'index.html'

Acceptance Criteria:

When I navigate to the URL
I should see the page with all the orders that were placed
