zkApp programmability is not yet available on the Mina Mainnet, but zkApps can now be deployed on Berkeley Testnet.

To say something like:

zkApp programmability is now available on the Mina Mainnet, you can deploy and interact with zkApps on mainnet same way it is described for the testnet within the docs.

Or as it was suggested remove all these tips and make sure message is clear about the mainnet where it really needs to be (not on every page as we have today).
