Granting write access for Main

We have reviewed the people who have write access to main, and have removed anyone who has not been active in the last 6 months. We have also granted write access to @nick-l-o3de and @AMZN-daimini, as this will be needed for the upcoming point release. This issue is to serve as a paper trail of the changes and will be closed 2 weeks from today 5/8.
