Fix ansible-lint 6.0.0 for engine roles

Description of problem:
I have noticed that the ansible-lint was not running on the GitHub engine CI.
So I have added the patch which enables it #484. The problem is that the engine roles were not checked by the linter for a long time and now the linter is failing with many errors.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run the ansible-lint step by step please checkout README.adoc (README: Add ansible-lint setup #485)

Actual results:
ansible-lint fails with:
Finished with 819 failure(s), 49 warning(s) on 11823 files.

Expected results:
pass the ansible-lint tests
