[RFE] webvnc console should have a "full screen" mode

When I tested webvnc console from my smaller screened Chrome book, the page looks a bit dense:

Adding functionality to be able to have the console display take up the full browser window would be a good start. It does not need to jump from console with the app masthead etc around it to true full screen. Just taking out the masthead etc would be good. The user can put their browser in full screen mode themselves to get "true" full screen.
