If a game asks for a particular number of audio channels, like mono or stereo, but the machine being run on doesn't support as few channels as requested, we should automatically scale up the request and duplicate the audio (at least from mono to stereo).

This, while possible, would either require that we track this and manually upgrade one's audio from mono to stereo or pass it through as is, causing likely undesired effects.

The better solution is to recommend using stereo audio to meet systems' minimum requirements, at this time.
