船桨云平台是一个基于docker的容器服务管理平台。船桨是一种划船工具。其上端为圆杆，利于手握，叫握杆；下端为板状，名桨板，用以拨水，利用了物理学上的牛顿第三定律，通过水波的反作用力，使船前进。寓意着该平台设计上简单，低运维成本。
开发中，暂时不能用于生产
