Update Pattern Grammar to use single quotes around property names with - or . #40

Changed in 2.0 WD 02:

If the <property_name> contains a dash ('-' U+002d) or a dot (U+002e), the <property_name> MUST be enclosed in single quotes (U+0027).

I created a commit in a branch of cti-pattern-validator with updated patterns from the spec that use single quotes.

That branch can be used to test the changes to the grammar in this repository, following the instructions for updating the grammar in the cti-pattern-validator repo.
