I get that some apps produce false positives but how come only the github version of island gets a ransomware result for the installed app and the apk you download?
If i install the play store version there's no warning, not even if i download and install the island extension to open up full functionality.
Same with shelter which is a island fork, no ransomware warning on downloaded apk or the installed app.
So what's different and produces this warning?
