Should we include bootstrap as a dependency?

Pros:

Standard for markup
Widespread familiarity

Cons:

Slightly heavier weight
Tendency to use bloated jquery bootstrap plugins that suck

Including bootstrap-theme-oberd, I think it makes sense to have a common starting point
