The config still points to sourceforge versions.
I'm pretty sure I have the releases if we want to make them work again. I think that would be good if only for the ability to track the history.

Old releases should all be mirrored in this GitHub repo: https://github.com/obi-ontology/obi-legacy-svn/tree/master/releases

This PURL config will have to be updated: https://github.com/OBOFoundry/purl.obolibrary.org/blob/master/config/obi.yml
