Dawn of Ships is a play-to-earn idle RPG game where players manage their pirate ships, sailing across the seven seas and plundering loot. In Dawn of Ships, players can take various actions to progress and improve their pirate ship. The game's core mechanics include Plundering, Ambushing, Fusing, and Battling.
Plundering involves sending out the player's ship to collect gold and OVIA tokens, which are used to upgrade and purchase new ships. During these missions, the player's ship will lose durability, which must be repaired to continue using the ship.
