Lulu 2.6.0 requests rule for each new connection python makes.

I regularly use the speedtest command in my terminal and after installing Lulu 2.6.0 it asks for a new rule for each connection. I end up with 20-40 rules under the python entry.

Probably duplicate of #580 and it should be fixed in next release as reported in that issue
