Faster R-CNN ResNet-101 was trained accordingly to TensorFlow 2.0. The pipeline file is provided. Hyperparemeters are specified.
The training dataset can be found provided with the paper and also in the Australian Antarctic Data Centre under the title "Training dataset for object detection - Penguins from UAV".
