missing classifications under "animal cell" and "eukaryotic cell" #178

This is somewhat related to
https://code.google.com/p/cell-ontology/issues/detail?id=177

But should be easier.

I suggest we auto-classify these based on taxon constraints

(I don't much like having the taxonomy embedded in the classification, but we 
have had these terms historically, and people expect to see classification 
here...)
