Source for MA ontology?

The OBO homepage points to this repository for both MA and EMAPA. But it looks like only EMAPA is here. The MA ontology release points to a Berkeley server and hasn't been updated since 2017. I was hoping to contribute a small change.

I never noticed this either, once @tfhayamizu can point us to the up to date source and release file, we should also update https://github.com/OBOFoundry/purl.obolibrary.org/blob/master/config/ma.yml
