I am trying to build avian anatomical ontology. I started with aves subset of Uberon released some time ago. I am wondering how I could have updated aves subset of Uberon every time Uberon releases new version?
thank you,

We're currently running into memory issues with the current approach for
species subsetting for anything outside the mammals.
The options are
1 - you can run the subsetting tool yourself (I think 20G ram should
be fine)
2 - you can wait til we refactor the subsetter to use a different
strategy
3 - you can wait til we shift the pipeline to a different machine
I'm afraid that I don't have a timeline for 2 or 3 right now. Hopefully
we should have some good news in the next week that may help with this.
