function send_event(name_of_file, action) sends a ga event with given label (Name of pdf/zip file) and action ('Downloaded' if clicking a zip file and 'Clicked' if clicking to preview a pdf).
-Added onclick to call the function for every .zip file link and also the certificates pdf.
