trying to publish https://codeberg.org/mro/geohash/releases/tag/0.1 with https://codeberg.org/attachments/9d309a17-96c0-49e4-a936-3331ebf09979 crashes:

$ opam publish ~/Downloads/geohash-0.1.tar.gz .
[ERROR] Uncaught exception: At
        /home/mro/Downloads/geohash-0.1.tar.gz:1:0-1:1::
        Parse error

$ opam --version
2.1.2
$ opam switch show
4.11.2
$ uname -sm
Linux x86_64

what can I do?
