All the recent jobs I saw look like:


2024-04-05 15:00.51: Waiting for resource in pool OCluster
2024-04-05 17:40.38: Waiting for worker…
2024-04-05 17:42.05: Got resource from pool OCluster
2024-04-05 17:42.05: Job succeeded

Even on PRs where I was expecting failures

@benmandrew I reverted ocurrent/opam-repo-ci/pull/290 from live, which has resolved this issue.
