Bug description

extern int CamlCBCmd(ClientData clientdata, Tcl_Interp *interp, int argc, CONST84 char **argv);

int CamlCBCmd(ClientData clientdata, Tcl_Interp *interp, int argc, CONST84 char **argv)
int CamlCBCmd(ClientData clientdata, Tcl_Interp *interp, int argc, char **argv)

Additional information

This was a compile error for me, using tk8.3. Replacing the camltk.h declaration with the same #ifdef logic as cltkCaml.c fixed the problem.
