Bug description
For uniformity it'd be nice if the local open syntax supported empty delimiters:
String.[| 1; 2 |];;
: int array = [|1; 2|]
String.[| 1 |];;
: int array = [|1|]
String.[| |];;
Characters 11-13:
String.[| |];;
^^
