Boot time arguments for MirageOS

CHANGES:

• Prefix all modules (backend / parse_argv) with Mirage_bootvar to avoid
  potential conflicts (rename, prefix all modules with Mirage_bootvar mirage/mirage-bootvar#2 @hannesm) -- observed while building
  qubes-mirage-firewall which also depends on mirage-net-xen which provides
  a module named Backend.

This is hitting the same opam problem as noted in #25905 (comment), not related to this package.

Here it's happening only on arm64-ocaml-5.2
