This PR serves two purposes:
.gitattributeshandling of patch files in the same way as Correct the .gitattributes for patch/diff files opam-repository#14348 which means that Git will not mess around line endings, but otherwise treats them as text files (which can be diff'd, etc.)src_extsince this is a blocker for Build the man-pages using dune #3902 on Windows
