tuareg.el: Use faces without indirecting through variables

* tuareg.el (tuareg--obsolete-face-var): New macro.
Use it to declare all the face-vars.  Mark them as obsolete.
(tuareg-font-lock-syntactic-face-function)
(tuareg--install-font-lock): Refer to faces rather than to variables.
