Stop automatically highlighting META.* files #565

Closes #564

The META.* pattern interfered with syntax highlighting for other file types.

Can we tell VsCode

  1. first try to detect OCaml file
  2. and of it fails, try to detect META file?

No, I don't think there's any VSCode feature like that.

You can always manually select the language of a file by clicking a button in the bottom right of VSCode.
