  Please review Draft OCapN Locators specification #73 and Draft OCapN netlayers specification #72 ahead of the meeting to surface any issues that need to be addressed before these documents are published in the repository (as drafts).
• Nudge: Address additional feedback to CapTP spec #60 could be ready but appears to be awaiting review from @gibson042 .
• @cwebber to present recent review of Agoric's current serialization proposal
• BigBlueButton administrative privileges (e.g. show screen)

If there are no objections, after the meeting I'll merge the minutes of the August meeting (#79)

I'd like to propose putting both:

• Draft OCapN Locators specification #73
• Draft OCapN netlayers specification #72

on the agenda for this meeting, with the prerequisite folks who haven't already looked at them review them and give blocking feedback. It'd be nice to get them merged otherwise.

That might be a good topic but others would know better than I.
I prefer that we create a new issue for each new idea so that discussion and progress can be tracked better. No idea is too small. Your question will get lost if it resides in this issue. If it becomes a meeting topic we can cross-link.
