This upgrade is outside OCCI specification but it is needed for record types and array types more globally on Object types.

OCCI Actions: For all OCCI actions that take input parameters, list the possible (allowed) values for these parameters and/or their type (String, Integer, etc.) and if they are mandatory or optionnal
