- Closes V4 rc1 README "Features" is v4-specific, ignores v3 features. (Is this done, and needs merging?) #575

In general this is a big improvement. Great stuff merging everything together, Alex! I gave a couple small comments here than can probably be fixed in 5 min; and suggested one other issue (for work out of scope of this issue). Other than than that, good to go from my side.
