Extended tooltips don't work for peeked face-down cards and "Look at" dialogs. #2178

With Options -> Extended Tooltips enabled, when you hover over:

Face-down cards you have a peek at, they only display their name.
Cards in the "Look at" dialogs, they only display "Card" (this also happens without Extended Tooltips).
