fix(build): replace pika with esbuild and tsc (#315)

* build: remove pika

* build(tsconfig): use `@octokit/tsconfig`

* fix(typescript): explicitly mark imports/exports

* style: run prettier

* test: remove unused variables

* build: add esbuild

* build(tsconfig): add options to generate `.d.ts`

* build: update `build` npm script
