Issue

Github has started hosting advisories for a lot of ecosystems and we have no way of fetching and processing these advisories. We should use the OpenAPI spec that Github offers to produce clients that parse the advisories and extra all the important information. This is the basis for refactoring the NPM audit producer as part of the #55
