We need to deliver model name/version to ModelDeployment object (in status, probably) and automatically set response headers in VirtualService.

That's required for proper feedback loop directory structure.

Inspect deployed model metadata and put it into response headers of every inference request. This is required for proper work of tapping for feedback loop.
